Last updated April 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using J4C (Jobs4Crypto), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use J4C. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the platform complies with local laws and regulations.

3. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Each account includes an auto-generated custodial wallet. You acknowledge that your encrypted private key is stored on our servers.

4. Escrow & payments

Escrow transactions are executed via smart contracts on public blockchains. Once funds are deposited, they are governed by smart contract logic. J4C charges a 2.5% platform fee on released escrow payments.

J4C does not guarantee the quality of work delivered or the conduct of any user. Disputes are handled through the platform's dispute resolution mechanism.

5. Prohibited conduct

Users may not: create fake accounts, submit fraudulent escrow claims, manipulate platform mechanics, or use J4C for illegal activities. Violation may result in account suspension.

6. Limitation of liability

J4C is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for losses resulting from smart contract vulnerabilities, blockchain network issues, or third-party actions.
